Compliance Status

These websites are partially compliant with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications and on the amendment of Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on information systems of public administration and on the amendment of some other legal acts, as amended, which implements Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (OJ L 327, 2.12.2016, p. 1), and further with EN 301 549 V2 1.2 and the WCAG 2.1 standard, due to the non-compliant elements listed below.

Inaccessible Content

b) due to disproportionate burden;

Some documents come to the website already inaccessible (from other offices, generated by the accounting system, etc.). However, the website operator is obliged to publish them, so they do so. Similarly, some older photos or photo albums in the galleries lack alternative text descriptions. Some videos embedded directly on the website may lack subtitles. Bringing these deficiencies into compliance with the law and accessibility rules would be financially burdensome for the operator, so according to § 7 of Act No. 99/2019 Coll., this is not additionally adjusted and a temporary exemption is applied due to disproportionate burden within the meaning of Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

Information Presented in Other Formats

Some information on this website is offered in the form of PDF documents. To view such documents, you need to have Adobe Reader installed, which is available for free download from Adobe’s website. There may also be documents in MS Office format or similar office applications (in .doc, .docx, .odt, .xls, .xlsx, .ods, and similar formats). Such files can be viewed and edited by most commonly used text editors (MS Office, Libre Office, Open Office), in cloud services (e.g., Google Docs), or directly in the browser in an accessible form.

Some files may be compressed in ZIP format due to their size or the need to bundle multiple files together. These can be unzipped using, for example, the freely available 7-Zip program or many other applications available on the internet.
